We don't pay the seller until you confirm the product has been delivered.

Orders are automatically canceled and refunded if delivery fails within the specified deadline.

If a seller can't ship your order due to a lack of inventory or any other reason, the order will be canceled and you'll be refunded.

If the seller marks the order as delivered and you don't report an issue within 2 days, the payment will be released to the seller.
